Introduction

Hey there,

My name is Alex Peristerakis and I recently graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts degree. My main area of study was History and Classics, which I double majored in because I find both subjects extremely interesting.

I Also, play hockey, soccer, volleyball and softball and I'm half Greek and love to travel. 

I've chosen to take the TESL program because I believe it will be a fun and exciting career path which will be both challenging and rewarding. 

Other things about myself would include, playing many sports, such as hockey, soccer, softball and volleyball. I also work as a landscaper in the summer times and well in school I find part-time work in restaurants. I am an avid movie lover and a fan of all sorts of literature, although I did not major in English I sort of wish I would have. 

I am very eager to learn how to become a TESL teacher and wish everyone good luck in their studies!!
